Is the warranty on all parts included if I were to buy it from you as a retailer rather than the original company directly? There is a warranty on all parts included on the original company Kandy Pens’ website if I were to order it there, but I would like to order within Canada, with the same warranty. Do you provide the same warranty or does it come with the product no matter the retailer?

The warranty and any service work would be offered by the manufacturer. We would provide proof of sale, as we are authorized to sell Kandypens and we purchase directly from their authorized distributor. If parts break due to customer error that would not be covered. However, if there is a proven manufacturing defect, warranty would come into effect.
